Engagement
Services are delivered under a written quote or statement of work. Acceptance of a quote constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Payment
A deposit may be required before work commences. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables transfers on full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
